Troubleshooting installation

When the installer is stopped or failed, check the statuses by the following steps.
- Is the user's right is changed to the administrative right in an elevation dialog?
- Restart the OS, and execute the installer with no other application is working.
- If the installer is in the network drive, copy the installer to the local drive and execute it.
- If the older version is installed, process the uninstallation from the OS's control panel, and execute the installer.
- If the above items do not make any difference, obtain the log by the following command, and send it to the support.
In the command prompt, execute: "RaQuestXXXEn.msi /Log RaQuestLog.txt"
