The Update Log tab is shown below:
This tab allows you to review the update log for the current requirement. The update log is a series of records of all the modifications in the Summary, Detail or User-Defined Attributes tabs (or Description, Attributes tabs). The log of other tabs are not recorded.

Revision number of the update.
•Updated
Date and time of the update.
•Updated By
Member who updated the requirement.
•Update Log
Description of the update.
•View
View the properties of the selected build
•Rollback
Rollback to the selected build.
•Diff(Not implemented in current build)
View differences between the selected builds.
