The Tools | Project Options | List Fields tab as below:
This tab allows users to set the fields that will appear in the various List views. However, the settings of this tab are not directly reflected to the List. The name of the list field has to be set in the List Fields of package properties or it has to be selected in the List Fields of requirements list to complete the setting process.
The settings of this tab are saved in the project, and will be shown when other users are using it. However, it does not affect other project.

•Name
Specify the setting name of requirement list. This name is used and specified in package properties and list.
•New Button
Create a new requirement list.
•Delete Button
Delete the requirement list.
•Available List
The Available list shows selectable fields.
•Selected List
The Selected list shows currently selected fields. Click the ⇒(Add) and ⇐(Delete) buttons to add or delete fields to/from the Selected list. You can edit directly on the list when you check the checkbox.
•⇑(Up) and ⇓(Down) Buttons
Use these buttons to move fields up or down in the Selected list. The order of fields in this list determines the left-to-right order of columns in the selected List view.
