The following dialog is displayed when CSV/Excel import or export feature is selected. The dialog allows users to specify several settings. The import or export features are executed by clicking the Run button.
•Tab Name
Name of the target tab for the import or export.
•Format
Format of the import or export file.
•Specification
Specification of the file contents.
Export all fields in the list by displayed order when you select the View Items option. Import or export by order defined in the selected specification when you select the Spec. option. The specification can be defined in the Edit/New | File Specification dialog.
•Output DATE and PERSON on Header
The output date and output person are output to the first line.
•Output Logical Value * and "" instead of true/false
This option decides whether to output logical value * and "" instead of true/valse.
•Output UTF-8 Codepage
This option decides whether to output UTF-8 codepage..
•Action
Choice of the import or export.
•Update Identify Item
Choice of the update identify item (attribute) when import.
•Filename
Filename of the import or export file.
•Progress
Progress of the import or export.
The requirement can be deleted by importing the data that has "-" in front. The relation can be deleted by importing the data that has "-" in front of relation's ID.
This dialog allows users to define file specifications for the import or export files.
•Specification Name
Name of this file specification.
•Delimiter
Delimiter. It is valid only for CSV import and export.
•Default Filename
Default filename when this file specification is selected.
•Default Direction
Default direction (import/export) when this file specification is selected.
•Default Update Identify Item
Default update identify item(attribute) when this file specification is selected.
•Available Fields
Available fields for the import or export.
•File
Selected fields for the import or export.
•Up/Down
Buttons to move the field up or down in the list.
•Add Field/Remove Field
Buttons to add or remove the field.
•New
This button initializes the current specification.
•Save
This button saves the current specification.
•Save As
This button saves the current specification with a different name.
•Delete
This button deletes the current specification.
•Cancel
This button discards current changes and closes this dialog.
There are some items which are exportable, but non-importable.
